Works well but at a slight cost of comfort

Good:
Easy to install
Cooling effectiveness in reducing sweat
Multiple speeds

Bad:
Lack of comfort during long drives. At first I thought it is a matter of getting used to it but after using it for a good enough time I came to a conclusion that it does add to some discomfort

Neutral:

Cooling effectiveness of mid to upper back is not as effective as the bottom area.

Everytime I get out of the car and close the door, I get a nasty shock from the static electricity buildup. I've learned to reduce the discomfort by safely discharging the static buildup, so it's no longer an issue but does require additional steps to get out of the car.

Needs manual restart whenever the engine is restarted

I’m happy with the product. It does its job pretty well. Noise level is minimal too. Order processing and delivery was super fast!
One suggestion, please provide USB ports on 12V connector so that we don’t have to figure out another option for the same.
